Researchers at MIT have created a small, origami robot that unfolds in your stomach. Compressed into a pill, once swallowed and the casing dissolves, the robot unfolds and is able to quickly remove swallowed objects or patch wounds in the stomach lining.
This could be a total game changer for the medical community and is the first time researchers have introduced swallowable tracking technology.
